Janice L. (Ring) Wagner

RED LION- Janice L. (Ring) Wagner, 73, died on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Rest Haven. She was the wife of Nelson P. Wagner to whom she was married for 55 ½ years. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion with Certified Celebrant Kasie Watkins officiating. A viewing will be from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born on July 16, 1942 in Stewartstown, she was a daughter of the late Frank W. and Mildred G. (Bose) Ring. Janice was a homemaker and worked on the farm. Mrs. Wagner loved listening to country music. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. Along with her husband, Nelson, Janice is survived by two sons, Raymond S. Wagner of Strinestown and Philip D. Wagner of Manchester; one daughter, Alicia M. Hedrick of Cape Cod; four grandchildren, Ashley Miller, Jared Tyson, Philip Wagner, Jr. and Paige Schenberger; two brothers, William Ring and wife, Linda of Winterstown and Terry Ring of Stewartstown; two sisters, Hazel M. Bisker of Stewartstown and Barbara Little of Red Lion; and one half sister, Gladys. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy and Elsie; one brother, Joe Ring; and one half sister, Betty.
