Janet V. (Stahl) Botts Moser

MILTON - Janet V. (Stahl) Botts Moser, 66, died on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at her residence. She was the wife of Gary L. Moser to whom she married on October 21, 2005 and who survives. She was also the wife of the late George Botts who had died on August 10, 2000. Janet was born on April 10, 1942 in Lewisburg and was a daughter of Leona V. (Marks) of Milton and of the late James R. Stahl. She had attended the Milton and Danville Schools. She was a former employee of Montgomery Mills, Milton Shoe Factory, Montgomery Sportswear and Perkins. She had retired in 2006 from the Rockwell Center. She enjoyed gardening and working with flowers. In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by four brothers and four sisters-in-law; Melvin J. and Adia Stahl of Milton, Elwood R. and Connie Stahl of Milton, Ray E. and Jane Stahl of Watsontown and Richard H. and Mary "Beck" Stahl of Milton, one sister and one brother-in-law; Mary L. and Gene Comstock of Milton and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton with a viewing from 12 (noon) to 1 p.m. The Reverend Robert E. Morris will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Janet may be made to Evangelical Home Health Hospice, 1 Hospital Drive, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
