Janet L. Probst

RENOVO - Janet L. (Kane) Probst, 77, of Farwell passed away Friday, July 20, 2018 at Bucktail Medical Center, S. Renovo. Born June 20, 1941 in Renovo she was the daughter of the late John and Hilma (Mayes) Kane. Janet was married 52 years to Stanton “Mann” Probst who survives. She worked as a lab technician for Bucktail Medical Center for over 30 years. Janet was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Renovo and she enjoyed reading, flowers and gardening. She enjoyed collecting mice figurines. Surviving are her loving husband; one daughter Heather L. Bruno and a grandson Darrin both of Renovo. A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hyner. Memorial contributions can be made to the Clinton County SPCA, 33 Mill Hill Road, Lock Haven, PA 17745. Maxwell Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
