Jane S. Wickstrom

YORK – Jane S. (Spanagel) Wickstrom, 94, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at SpiriTrust Lutheran The Village at Sprenkle Drive. She was the wife of the late Robert G. Wickstrom.

Born October 5, 1929 in Cincinnati, Ohio; a daughter of the late Grey E. and Margaret (Stout) Spanagel, she was a graduate of Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Mrs. Wickstrom is survived by a son, Nicolas R. and wife Lisa Wickstrom of York; a daughter, Lynn and husband Kevin Wigell of Syracuse, NY; two granddaughters, Alex Gilbertson and Rachel Wigell; a great grandson, Miles Gilbertson; and a half-sister, Vicki Westrich of Cincinnati. She was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Wickstrom.
