Jane M. Crumling

WRIGHTSVILLE-Jane M. Crumling, 59, died Thursday, February 19, 2009 as a result of an automobile accident. She was the loving wife of Ken E. Crumling to whom she was married for 38 years on December 18, 2008. A celebration of life memorial service will be held 10:00 AM, Monday, February 23, 2009 at Life Tributes by Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., with pastor, John D. Waltermyer officiating. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 AM, Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Crumling was born February 9, 1950 in York, a daughter of Margaret Georgeanna (Throne) Botts of Red Lion, and the late George Chaunley Botts. She was a 1968 graduate of Red Lion High School. Employed as a supervisor at Red Lion Manufacturing, she was especially proud of helping to start Zero Restriction Golf Outerwear. Jane enjoyed knitting hats for kids and donating them to Coats for Kids. Two of her fondest memories were attending her daughters' weddings. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, going to yard sales, and always enjoyed being outside. In addition to her husband, Jane is survived by two daughters, Kelly J. Tyson and husband David of Wrightsville, and Rebecca Keller and husband Michael of Dover; four grandchildren, Katie and Kelsey Tyson, Tempest Mellinger, and Tamra-Lie Keller; three sisters, Susie Grothe and husband J.R., Ruth Klinedinst, and Mary Leiphart all of Red Lion; and a niece, Kathy Bush. She was preceded in death by her oldest sister, Roberta Arnold.
