Jane L. (Deluca) Dubiel

YORK- Jane L. (DeLuca) Dubiel, 74, died on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Normandie Ridge. She was the wife of Donald E. Dubiel. The couple celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on October 8. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2015 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York with Seminarian Matthew Morelli officiating. A viewing will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. prior to the service. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood, 111 Old Country Rd., Westbury, NY 11590. Born on July 30, 1941 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Ethel (Livingston) DeLuca. Mrs. Dubiel was very active in the Women’s Friendship Club of York for over 20 years. She loved to golf and bowl. She also enjoyed cruises with her husband. They traveled on 15 cruises together all over the world. Along with her husband, Donald, Jane is survived by one son, Michael F. Dubiel of San Diego, CA; and three sisters, Gail Havens of Bluffton, S.C., Carol Saville of Floral Park, Long Island, N.Y. and Marilyn DeLuca of N.Y., N.Y. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven E. Dubiel.
