Jane G. Long

Lock Haven - Jane G. Long, 96 a resident of Heartland Personal Care Home, Woolrich passed away Thursday, May 15, 2008. She was born July 2, 1911 in Youngsville the daughter of the late Robert C. & Edith (Cross) Gibson. Jane was married to C. Dale Long who preceded her in death in 1999. She worked for the Lock Haven School District for 21 years as an executive secretary for Dr. Hoy and J.F. Puterbaugh. Jane spent her retirement years in Ovido, Florida. Surviving are a son Kenneth D. Long and his wife Susan of Jersey Shore. Three grandchildren Sharon, Trudy and Kelly and four great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by a son Dale. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall has charge of arrangements.
