James E. Kelbaugh

YORK HAVEN- James E. Kelbaugh, 71, died on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Alice M. (Thorsen) Kelbaugh. A funeral service will be 2 p.m. on Monday, March 26, 2012 at Pinchot Park Assembly of God, 2755 Rosstown Rd., Wellsville with his pastor, the Reverend Timothy Imes officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in York Haven with full military honors provided by the York County Veterans Honor Guard. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York, is in charge of arrangements.
