WINDSOR- A good hearted and fun-loving young man taken much too early, Jacob Thomas Linn, 18, of Windsor passed into heaven on Saturday, January 10, 2015. A visitation and celebration of life service will be held from 9-12pm. on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Living Word Community Church, 2530 Cape Horn Rd., in Red Lion. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion is in charge of the arrangements. Jacob was born in York on April 11, 1996, to Craig and Tracy (Wood) Linn in York. He attended Red Lion Area School District until graduation in June 2014. In his early years Jacob tried every sport available until the love of golf set in. Jake made many of his lifelong friends through these sports. While in high school, Jake was a member of the Red Lion Golf Team, a member of the Mini-thon committee and a dedicated member of the “Squid Squad”. Jake then began his college career the next fall at Lebanon Valley College. After an undecided first semester, he intended to major in Economics. This spring he was planning to play golf as a Dutchman. Along with his parents, Jacob leaves his sister and best friend, Kirstie Linn at home; grandparents, Thomas and Cindy Wood and Gloria Linn and Bernard Linn; great grandmother, Sandra Luckenbaugh; great grandparents, Jack and Dorothy Wood, and numerous aunts and uncles, and several cousins.
