Irene [Wilinson] Gluck

YORK - Irene [Wilkinson] Gluck, 81, died Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Liberty Nursing Center in Allentown, PA. She was the loving wife of Donald E. Gluck, Sr. with whom she would have celebrated 60 years of marriage on October 1, 2007. A celebration of life service will be 10:00 AM Friday, May 18, 2007 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York with the Rev. Uble M. Frost officiating. Burial will be in Stinger Hill Cemetery, Ft. Loudon, PA. A viewing will be from 9-10:00 AM Friday at the Chapel. Born March 3, 1926 in Marion, Franklin Co., she was a daughter of the late Harry and Olive (Kyle) Wilkinson. She held a management position with William Bernstein & Sons and then retired from its successor, Colebrook Terry Garment Company. Mrs. Gluck was a member of Bethany United Church of Christ and enjoyed spending time with her beloved family. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Gluck is survived by a son, Donald E. Gluck, Jr. and wife Susan of York; a daughter, Karen and husband Harry Stottlemyer of York; and three grandchildren, Matthew and wife Kelly Gluck, Christine Gluck, and Jason Stottlemyer.
