Hoklan Chang

YORK - Hoklan Chang, 71, formerly of New York, passed away Monday, March 30, 2009 at the residence of her son. She was the wife of the late ChiShun Kui. Tributes services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, April 5, 2009 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. A viewing will be held from 2-3:00 PM Sunday at the Funeral Chapel. Burial will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 6, 2009 in Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, NY. Born October 2, 1937 in Wen Zhou, Zhe Jiang Province, China, she worked as a housekeeper in New York until her retirement. Mrs. Chang is survived by two sons, Dr. KimWai Chu and wife Dora Chu of York, KimWok Chu and wife Linh Tran of York; a daughter, KimWah and husband Waileung Cheung of Oslo, Norway; seven grandchildren, Jonathan, Michelle, and Benjamin Chu, Andy Chu, Man DaCheung, Man Hao, and Man Ken; three brothers; and a sister. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Doris Chok.
