FELTON--Helen M. (Miller) Carrigan Warner, 88, passed away Friday March 26, 2021 at her daughter’s residence in Hellam Township. She was the wife of the late Robert W. Carrigan and Dean L. Warner. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11AM, Thursday April 1, 2021 at Zion United Methodist Church, 1155 Felton Rd., Red Lion. Officiating the service will be her pastor, the Rev. John Kurtz. A viewing will be held from 10-11AM, Thursday at the church. Burial will be held in Zion UM Cemetery. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born October 27, 1932 in Chanceford Township, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Markle) Miller. Throughout her career as an office clerk/bookkeeper she was employed with various area car dealers until her retirement. Following her retirement, she enjoyed working for Rutters. She loved any activity that kept her outdoors, from mowing the grass, tending to her vegetable garden and hunting to name just a few. She enjoyed canning vegetables from her garden and baking pumpkin pies. Mrs. Warner is survived by her daughters, Jacklyn Billet of York and Susan Miller and husband, Bruce of New Bridgeville; her son, Mark Warner of East Prospect; eight grandchildren, Heather Godfrey-Moon, Jacob Billet III, Justin Billet, Brandi Wagner, Jerrica Cornelius, Andrea Wurzbacher, Jennifer Connelly and Diana Senft; seven great grandchildren, Colton, Arika, Savannah, Scarlett, Abby, Oliver and Preston; three brothers, Donald Miller and wife, Brenda, Bill Miller and wife, Kathy and James Miller and wife, Ralene; one sister, Sarah Brown and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, June Reed and Peg Miller and a son-in-law, Jacob Billet, Jr. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Community Care, 235 St. Charles Way, Suite 250, York, Pa 17402.
