Helen M. (Stokes) Arnold, Rn

YORK- Helen M. Arnold, RN, 77, of Lower Windsor Township, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Masonic Village Health Care Center in Elizabethtown. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Palmer H. Arnold of York, her son, Richard Arnold (Carla) of Milton, PA, two grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Helen was the daughter of the late E. Barnes and Kathryn L. (Urey) Stokes. She was born August 31, 1936 in Sunnyburn, PA. Her only sibling, Kenneth Stokes is deceased. Helen was a graduate of York Hospital School of Nursing. She spent most of her career in the field of occupational health nursing having been with Bendix-York, Borg Warner-York and retired from Dupont-Berg-Emigsville. At Helen’s request there will be no public service. After cremation, interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
