Helen Louise (Nelson) Schroll

Watch Video Tribute Etters-Helen Louise (Nelson) Schroll, 74, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at her residence. She was the loving wife of the late Harold Gene Schroll. A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 6, 2009 at Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 West Front Street, Lewisberry, with the pastor, the Rev. Joyce M. Treas officiating. A visitation will be held from 10-11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Paddletown Cemetery. Mrs. Schroll was born March 21, 1935 in Newberry Twp., a daughter of the late Martin and Mildred (Thumma) Nelson. She was a graduate of New Cumberland High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren. Her favorite thing to do was go to their baseball and softball games and cheer them on. Mrs. Schroll is survived by a son, Darrel Gene Schroll and wife, Joni R.; a daughter Roxanne Schroll; two grandchildren, Ashley E. Schroll and Dylan J. Schroll all of Etters; two brothers, Kenneth Nelson of Etters, and Harold Nelson of Camp Hill; nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
