Helen L. (Stump) Reisinger

YORK - Helen L. (Stump) Reisinger, 83, formerly of Windsor and Red Lion, died Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Pleasant Acres. She was the wife of the late Ned L. Reisinger and Norman E. Grove. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2013 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a viewing from 1-2 p.m. Her pastor, The Reverend Steven Schmuck will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in Red Lion Cemetery. Mrs. Reisinger was born in Red Lion on January 10, 1930, the son of the late John A. and Helen G. (McCoy) Stump. She retired from Standard Register in York. Mrs. Reisinger was a member of Red Lion Bible Church, a graduate of Dallastown High School, and attended Lancaster Bible College. She also volunteered at Pleasant Acres for 17 years. Mrs. Reisinger leaves a step son, Barry L. Grove of York; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; three sisters, Grace Hunter and her husband Warren of Red Lion, Phyllis Stump of Dallastown, and Linda Sweitzer and her husband Marlin of Dallastown; three nieces and three nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert N. Grove, a step son, Roland E. Grove, and a brother, John Stump. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 1513 Cedar Cliff Dr. Suite 100, Camp Hill, PA 17001.
