Helen Harvey

LANCASTER – Helen Harvey, 85, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Lancaster General Hospital in the presence of family and friends. A Celebration of Life Memorial Tribute service will be held 10 A.M. on Monday, October 22, 2012 at the Vineyard Heritage Center, 480 New Holland Avenue, Building 7, Suite 7104, Lancaster, PA 17603. A graveside service will follow at the Millersville Mennonite Cemetery. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements. Ms. Harvey was born on April 30, 1927 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She lived in the Lancaster area for over 70 years. Helen was loved by many people and was an active member of the community. She enjoyed her retirement by socializing with her friends and family. Helen was a beautiful woman who was proud and confident. To the individuals that supported and advocated for her every day, we would like to thank you for your compassion and commitment to her quality of life.
