Hazel V. Raub

DALLASTOWN – Hazel V. Raub, 95, passed away on July 20, 2022 at WellSpan York Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11 AM on Friday August 12, 2022 at Arlington Evangelical Congregational Church, 585 Lombard Rd., Red Lion, PA 17356 with Reverend Doug Evans officiating. Prior to the service, there will be a visitation from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Salem Community Cemetery. Born May 19, 1927 in Windsor, she was a daughter of the late Edward C. and Esther G. (Schmuck) Raub. Hazel had been attending Arlington EC Church for several years. Prior to that she attended Cornerstone Fellowship and for many years Bittersville United Methodist Church. She worked at Autokraft Box Corporation for more than 40 years before retiring in 1992. In her free time, Hazel loved attending country and gospel music concerts, going to events with her great grandchildren, and attending Wehrly's Auction with a friend each week for many years. She also enjoyed meeting friends for breakfast at Dairyland Family Restaurant. Hazel is survived by a daughter, Wanda Strickler (Bob); two grandchildren, Lori (Chris) Corso, and Michelle (Jeremiah) Price; and five great grandchildren, Bailey Price, Skyelar Price, Decklyne Price, Carolina Corso, and Juliana Corso. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her sisters, Gladys Craley and Violet Raub.
