Harry T. Kilburn, Sr.

RED LION- Harry T. Kilburn, Sr., 93, of Windsor Twp, died Thursday, September 18, 2008 at Manor Care Health Services- North in York. He was the husband of the late Cora Jane (McCallister) Kilburn. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a viewing from 10-11 a.m. His pastor, The Reverend James C. House will be officiating at the service. Burial will be in Zion United Methodist Cemetery in Red Lion. Mr. Kilburn was born in New Park on April 21, 1915, a son of the late Harry G. and Florence (Henry) Kilburn. He worked for Yorktown Kitchens and Red Lion Cabinet Company. Mr. Kilburn was a member of Zion United Methodist Church in Red Lion and The United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Mr. Kilburn leaves a son, H. Thomas Kilburn and his wife Phyllis of York; a daughter, Marilyn K. Peters and her husband Charles of Red Lion; a foster daughter, Carol Sundstrom of Delran, NJ; three grandchildren: Ed Kilburn and his wife Cathy, Pam McCauley and her husband Jim, and Tara Shriver and her husband Bill; 12 great grandchildren; a great, great granddaughter, Amaya Kilburn; and a sister-in-law, Mary Kilburn of Maryland. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Clifton and Charles Kilburn and two sisters: Mary Hulshart and Elma Burns.
