WELLSBURG, NY - Harry F. “Stub” Tice, Age 68 of Columbia Cross Roads, PA passed away unexpectedly on Thanksgiving Morning at Robert Packer Hospital. Harry was born January 14, 1944 in Sayre son of the late Lewis Clifton and Julia Louise (Comfort) Tice. He was a graduate of SRU high school in East Smithfield, PA and was a dedicated employee of 35 years at Dura-Bilt Products prior to retirement where he worked as Maintenance Supervisor. Harry was married on November 16, 1985 to Linda L. (Burbank) Tice and they just had celebrated 28 years together. He enjoyed all the outdoors had to offer epically fishing and hunting. In his spare time you could always find Harry at auctions, flea markets and yard sales. Survivors include his wife Linda L. Tice of Columbia Cross Roads, daughter, Lisa Tice & Clyde Clark of Gillett, PA, two special granddaughters (known as the girls) Heather Clark and Amanda Knapp of Gillett, PA, daughter, Hope Reavy of Elmira, NY and son William Tice, step-children, Christopher Bilbrey of Gillett, PA, Michael (Jennifer) Gormley of Roadsville, PA, Tommy Lee Hunsinger of Binghamton, NY, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a brother and sister-in-law, Lewis & Shirley Tice of Rome, PA, sisters and brother-in-law, Virginia & Clifford Conklin of Wellsburg, NY, Beverly Miles of Golden Glow, NY, Jenny Hill of Lowman, NY, several nieces, nephews and friends also three special four legged kids, Macho, Maggie and Max. Harry was predeceased by his parents a daughter Bonnie Robinson a brother, Clifford Tice and sister Winnie Krauss. Family and friends are invited to call from 12 to 1 PM on Friday, November 30, 2012 at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY. Harry’s funeral service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 1 PM with Reverend Andrew Phillips officiating.
