Haroldine L. Kuhns

WILLIAMSPORT - Haroldine L. (Yost) Kuhns, 62 of Trout Run died Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Manor Care, Williamsport. She was born April 16, 1947 in Lock Haven the daughter of the late James L. and Verna Mae (Karabinas) Yost. She was married on June 27, 1970 to Philip L. "Toby" Kuhns, Jr. who survives. Haroldine was employed at Ken's Auction and prior to that she worked at Shop-Vac and Brodart. She was a member of St. Paul/Calvary United Methodist Church. She was a 1965 graduate of Lock Haven High School. Her and her husband were members of the Rose Valley Mill Creek Water Shed Association. Haroldine enjoyed attending her grandchildren's soccer and softball games. She enjoyed antiques, hunting and fishing. Surviving are her husband of 39 years, one son Michael (Bobbi) Kuhns of Williamsport, two granddaughters Raychelle and Brooke. Two brothers James A. Yost and George M. Yost both of Port St. Lucie, FL. Three half brothers also survive, John Q. Counsil, Jeffrey Counsil and David Counsil all of Jersey Shore. One Sister Barbara (James) Copenhaver of Lock Haven. A memorial service will be held 7:00 P.M., Thursday, April 8, 2010 at the Allen & Redmond Funeral Home, 331 Elmira Street with Pastor Robin Baer officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private.
