Gregory H. Snyder

WINDSOR – Gregory H. Snyder, 74, passed away Monday, January 15, 2024 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Brenda L. (Keesey) Snyder whom he celebrated 55 years of marriage on January 4th.

A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, January 22, 2024 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with his Pastor, The Rev. Dr. Kenneth R. Gibson officiating. A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 PM Monday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be private.

Born July 13, 1949 in York, a son of the late Harold and Dorothy (Stine) Sndyer, he had retired from Yorktowne Cabinetry after 16 years of service. Greg enjoyed woodworking, fishing and hunting, and visiting local gun clubs. He was a member of Upper Room Missionary Church and the NRA. Greg was proud to lead prayer at family meals and get-togethers.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Sndyer is survived by two daughters, Lori A. and husband Barry Walsh of Windsor, Lisa M. Snyder of Windsor; six grandchildren, Eric Ray McMillion, Scotty and wife Sara McMillion, Sharí Welsh, Colton and wife Heather Arnold, Caden and wife Haley Raffensberger, and Leah Raffensberger; a great grandson, Elijah Ray McMillion; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Rick Snyder.
