Grace G. (Yoder) Weaver

WATSONTOWN - Grace G. (Yoder) Weaver, 89, a life long resident of Watsontown, died on Monday, July 6, 2009 at the Kramm Nursing Home, Watsontown. Grace was born on February 13, 1920 in Watsontown and was the daughter of the late Conard E. and Blanche (Ringler) Yoder. She graduated from Watsontown High School in 1938. Grace worked at Montgomery Mills until her marriage to James Robert Weaver in October 1955. The couple was married for 32 years until his death on December 5, 1988. She was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Watsontown for over 50 years. Grace is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; Nancy R. and Donald "Don" Rife of Watsontown, two grandsons; Anthony J. "Tony" Rife of Hershey and Douglas E. "Doug" Rife of Watsontown and two great-grandchildren; Alexis A. Scopelliti of Stonington and Dyllan J. Rife of Hershey. In addition to her parents and husband, Grace was preceded in death by two brothers; Francis and Max Yoder. There will be a public viewing from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2009 at the Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton where the funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. The Reverend James H. Fladland will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the Harmony Cemetery, Milton.
