Grace A. Dixon

Pottsville- Grace A. Dixon, 81, formerly of Pottsville, passed away On Sunday morning at her daughter’s home in Schuylkill Haven. Born in Pottsville, on May 3, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Frank B, and Grace Sherman Snyder. Grace worked as a supervisor at the former Quartet Lamp Factory, she then worked at York Terrace Nursing Home, She retired in 1991 from ZRM Industries. Grace was a member of the First United Methodist. In addition to her parents, Grace was preceded in death by her Husband, Kenneth G. Dixon, Sr.; her son, Jamie C. Reedy; her sister, Alberta Sauers and her brother, Frank B. Snyder, Jr. Grace is survived by her daughter, Nancy L. McNulty, wife of James , of Schuylkill Haven; her three sons, Richard F. Hopkins, Husband of Debra, William W. Hopkins, Jr., Husband of Shirley, of Summit Station and Melvin D. Hopkins, Husband of Margaret, of Schuylkill Haven; 7 Grandchildren; great grandchildren; her brother James Snyder, husband of Sandy, of Pottsville,; her sister, Nancy Garrity, wife of Robert, of CA; several nieces and nephews.
