Gloria J. Stubbs

Gloria J. (Gemmill) Stubbs, 63, passed away Friday October 11, 2024 at her residence in Manchester Township. She was the wife of Jeffery D. Stubbs with whom she celebrated 24 years of marriage on September 23rd.

A Celebration of Life Tribute will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements.

Born May 07, 1961 in York, she was the daughter of Ellsworth Gemmill of York and the late Leona (Stambaugh) Gemmill.

She was employed with AAA – York Office assisting new and existing clients with membership services.

An avid gardener, she enjoyed tending to her flower gardens.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Stubbs is also survived by her son, Josh Gemmill of Manchester; one granddaughter, Taylor Elizabeth; one brother, Ellsworth “Butch” Gemmill of Dallastown; two sisters, Virginia Baker of York and Georgia Babner of York and nieces and nephews.
