George L. Potter, Jr

Windsor—George L. Potter, Jr., 41, died Sunday, June 26, 2016 at his residence in Lower Windsor Township. He was the husband of Amy M. (Kline) Kline-Potter to whom he was married for 9 years. A Celebration of Life Service will be 7PM, Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Officiating the service will be the Rev. Anthony Zumbo of Windsor Church of God. A Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM, Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Born June 20, 1975 in York, he was a son of Beverly A. (Gall) Potter of East Prospect and the late George L. Potter, Sr. He was employed as a truck driver for several years with York Container and Potter Trucking. A member of Susquehanna Fish & Game, he was also an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed hunting. In addition to his wife, Mr. Potter is also survived by two sons, Reese W. Potter and Dylan Potter of Windsor; one daughter, Taura M. Sauder of Windsor; one brother, Merrill E. Potter of York; one sister, Rebecca Lynn Potter of Red Lion and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death in his maternal grandmother, Virginia C. Gall.
