George J. Feeser, Jr.

YORK- George J. Feeser, Jr., 56, died Thursday, July 31, 2014 at his residence. A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens in York. The Reverend Katherine Seiler will be officiating the service. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Feeser was born in York on January 21, 1958, the son of the late George J. and Dorothy I. (Mcgirr) Feeser. He attended the former Bethany United Church of Christ in York. George was a familiar face downtown at the market and at the Ninth Ward Republican Club. He was also a member of the Vigilant Social Club, was an avid pool player, coin collector and enjoyed NASCAR. He leaves a sister, Joyce I. Landis and her husband, Samuel of York and two nieces, Jessica Landis of Rockville, MD and Kerri Grzybicki of Columbia.
