George Franklin Kline, Sr.

WINDSOR- George F. Kline, Sr., 79, died on Sunday January 17, 2010 at his residence. He was the loving husband of Patricia L. (McLane) Kline. The couple celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on May 13. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 24, 2010 at Locust Grove Cemetery with Bishop Reverend Robert Larkin officiating. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Kline was born on February 17, 1930, a son of the late Robert Lewis and Mamie Mary Jane (Brodbeck) Kline. George worked as a welder and was most recently employed with Salvage Management where he retired in 1992. Mr. Kline enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, coon hunting, and making wine. Most of all he was a great husband, dad, and grandfather. Along with his wife Patricia, George is survived by one son, Jessie Kline of Windsor; three daughters, Jinny Rankin and her husband Richard of New Providence, Clara Behmer of New Providence, and Cindy Ann Lake and her husband, Barry of Lower Windsor; 35 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were two sons, Robert Sr. and George Jr.; a son in law, Timothy Behmer; five brothers; and nine sisters.
