Gary H. Stone

NORTH BEND - Gary H. Stone, 81, passed away Saturday morning, June 11, 2016 at Bucktail Medical Center, S. Renovo. He was born in Lock Haven on March 28, 1935 a son of the late Harry J. and Eleanor (Henderson) Stone. Gary was married on December 31, 1957 to the former Janet L. DeJoice. They celebrated 58 years of marriage together. He was employed as car salesman and retired as a mechanic. He enjoyed restoring old cars. He was a Methodist. Gary was a 60 year member of Masonic Lodge #495. He was also a member of the Williamsport Consistory. He served in the Army from 1957 – 1959 and also served in the Reserves. Surviving are his loving wife; one son Bryce J. Stone and his companion Sherrie Weber of Pennsburg, PA one daughter Kylinn M. (Brian) Gilmore of Middletown, Del. Three grandchildren Colin, Colleen and Mollie. Two brothers Harry Lee Stone of Erie, PA and Galen (Karen) Stone of North Bend. A sister Alice Stone preceded him in death. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hyner.
