Frank Lazorick

YORK- Frank Lazorick, 99, passed away Monday, December 25, 2017 at his residence. He was the husband of Anna (Sainato) Lazorick, who passed away on December 10, 2017. The couple had been married 77 years on September 14, 2017. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon on Friday, December 29, 2017 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 125 Spruce Street, in Annville, PA, with a viewing from 11a.m.-noon. Father Job Foote will be officiating at the mass. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville. Mr. Lazorick was born in New York, NY on April 23, 1918, the son of the late Harry H. and Terka “Tessie” (Kereczman) Lazorik. He was a carpenter and retired in 1984 from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Mr. Lazorick was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in York. He was a life member of VFW in Pompton Plains, NJ. He served in the US Army in WWII, where he received a Bronze Star and served in the Battle of the Bulge. Mr. Lazorick leaves two daughters, Joan E. Coons and her husband Bob of York and Francine Reese and her husband Richard of Etters; five grandchildren, Allison Kelbaugh, Robert Coons, Jr., Michael Steinerd, Robert Steinerd, and Timothy Steinerd; ten great grandchildren, Cristina, Brandt, Michael, Jr., Marissa, Serina, Nicholas, Robert, Jr., Gavin, Justin, and Nolan. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Steinerd and two brothers, John and Harry Lazorek. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church, 219 S.
