Frank C. Fowler

YORK- Frank C. Fowler, 72, died on Friday, December 29, 2023. He was the longtime companion of 43 years to Rita A. Spruel.

Services for Mr. Fowler are private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Fowler was born on November 11, 1951 in Harlem, NY. He worked maintenance and customer service at Walmart and Home Depot.

Frank was an avid sports fan and especially loved the New York Giants. He also loved candy, pleasing people and was known for his generosity and care in each neighborhood he moved to over the years.

Along with his longtime companion, Rita, Frank is survived by his daughter, Ebony Fowler; son, Tyrone Fowler; step daughter, Chenell Lassiter; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Earl Fowler.
