Frances E. Dibble

Frances E. Dibble, Age 89 of Lower Maple Avenue, Elmira, NY passed away Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Elcor Health Services. Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 7 PM Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY 14894. Her funeral and committal service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 7 PM. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, NY at the convenience of the family. Frances was born June 24, 1918 in Elmira, NY daughter of the late Stewart F. and Myrtle E. Dean Dibble. She attended area schools and worked at Remington Rand and later at Trayer Products. She was an avid collector of Teddy Bears and enjoyed her home on Lower Maple Avenue. Survivors include her sisters, Betty and Lewis Taylor of Pine City, NY, Shirley Hall of Pine City, NY and Marijane Ames of Elmira, NY, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
