Florine E. Olewiler

WINDSOR- Florine E. (Hain) Olewiler, 87, of Lower Windsor Township, passed away Monday, March 29, 2021. She was the wife of the late Russel E. Olewiler. There will be a visitation from 10-11 a.m. Monday, April 5, 2021 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion. A graveside service will start at about 11:30 a.m. at Hametown Cemetery in Glen Rock, following the visitation at the funeral home. Mrs. Olewiler was born in Shrewsbury on October 20, 1933, the daughter of the late Lloyd E. and Helen M. (Koller) Hain. She retired from the Dallastown Area School District. Mrs. Olewiler was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Windsor and Windsor Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening and baking, especially pies. Mrs. Olewiler leaves a son, Eugene E. Olewiler and his wife Meghan of York; a daughter, Alice M. Folckomer and her husband Gil of Lower Windsor Township; three grandchildren, Kristi Kalentji, Jessica Lewis, and Nicholas Olewiler; five great grandchildren, Kasandra, Owen, Khloe, Carter, and Mackenzie. She also leaves a brother, Carl E. Hain and two sisters, Charlotte L. Gettel and Lucy Hain all of New Freedom and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Miriam Bowman; and three brothers, Harry L. Hain, Mervin L. Hain, and Wilber E. Hain.
