Lock Haven - Florence M. Barner, 94 a former resident of Mill Hall died, Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at Susque-View Home. She was born August 9, 1914 in Beech Creek. Florence was married to Lawrence A. Barner who died in 1975. Florence worked as an inspector for Sylvania. She was a member of Mill hall United Methodist Church. Surviving are one Son Lawrence (Joan) Barner of Fayetteville, NC three daughters Shirley Temple of Surprise, AZ, Nancy (Clif) Huxford of Beverly Hills, CA and Carole Barner of San Antonio, TX Four grandsons, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. One sister Shirley Young of Lock Haven. The funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M., Thursday, January 8, 2009 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with Rev. Valerie Delooze officiating. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral chapel one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
