Evelyn M. (Blouse) Warner

NEW PARK - Evelyn M. (Blouse) Warner, 79, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at Manor Care Dallastown. She was the wife of the late Charles W. Warner. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 7, 2009 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with her pastor, The Rev. Michael G. Trimmer officiating. A viewing will be held from 12-2:00 PM Friday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cross Roads UM Cemetery. Born September 29, 1929 in Stewartstown a daughter of the late Allen L. Blouse, Sr. and the late Elsie M. (Lentz) Blouse, she had worked at Dallastown Box Factory and AMP. She also worked as an Avon and Tupperware representative. Mrs. Warner was a life member of Cross Roads United Methodist Church where she was active with the United Methodist Women. She enjoyed hunting and fishing, gardening, sewing, and cooking. Mrs. Warner is survived by three sons, Charlie E. Warner of Shrewsbury, Dale R. and Barry R. Warner both of New Park; five daughters, Linda L. and husband Dennis Hershner of New Park, Barbara K. Loder of New Park, Sandra S. Hackler of Yorkana, Bonnie J. and husband Clayton Miller of Cross Roads, and Connie J. Warner of Red Lion; 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; five brothers, Lester and Allen Blouse, Jr. both of York, Robert Blouse of Fawn Grove, Donald Blouse of Felton, and Bruce Blouse of Red Lion; four sisters, Loretta Burkholder of York, Betty Brenneman of Felton, Carrie Mitzel of Dallastown, and Shirley Shaeffer of Beulaville, NC. She was preceded in death by a brother, James Blouse.
