Evelyn B. (Boyd) Robinson

Brogue — Evelyn B. (Boyd) Robinson, 86, died Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Manor Care Health Services—Dallastown. She was the wife of the late Stanley M. Robinson to whom she was married for 63 years. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 AM, Friday, March 2, 2012 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Officiating the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Peter Beddia. A viewing will be held from 9-10 AM, Friday, at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Bethel United Methodist Cemetery. Born November 25, 1925 in Laurel, she was a daughter of the late John E. and Mary E. (Boatman) Boyd. She was a graduate of Red Lion Senior High School. She was a loving and caring homemaker and was also employed with Fincor for several years. She enjoyed volunteering with the Chanceford Township Board of Elections and was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Mrs. Robinson is survived by two daughters, Kimberly B. Gohn and husband Bill of Red Lion and Marcindie A. McKinsey and husband Brad of Red Lion; three grandchildren, Jenna Woerner, Justin McKinsey and Madison Gohn; three great grandchildren, Allie M. McKinsey and DeLaney and Macklin Woerner and her dog, Charry. She was preceded in death by a son, Terry D. Robinson and two sisters, Gladys Bacon and Hester Arnold.
