Eve T. Bunn Zellner

Wilkes-Barre - Eve Thomasine (Bunn) Zellner, 88, of Wilkes-Barre passed away Saturday, October 17, 2009 at home. Born in Snow Hill, NC on April 21, 1921 she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl (May) Bunn. Prior to retiring, she worked in the garment industry. Eve was preceded in death by her brothers, Joe, Charles and Raymond Bunn; and sisters, Laura Lyons and Lena Brown. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Joseph Zellner and his wife Mary, Gary Zellner and his wife Marjorie, Alan Zellner and his wife Margaret, Vernon Zellner and his wife Margaret; daughter, Crystal Muse and her husband Robert; grandchildren, Christopher, Marilla, Gregory, Leor, Kerry, Jeffrey and Vonn; great grandchildren, Andrew, An Marie, Joseph, Sayid, Manuel, and Eva; brothers, James Bunn, and Bernard Bunn; sisters, Cleo Prince, Louise Reeves, Jacqueline Kilgore-Chestang, Julia Hamilton; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Kniffen O'Malley Funeral Home, Inc., Wilkes-Barre. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wilkes University Wrestling or Girl Scouts of America.
