Esther I. Gregory

South Renovo - Esther I. Gregory, age 87, died at Bucktail Medical Center on Thursday, June 19, 2008. She was born in Claghorn, Pa. on August 17, 1920, daughter of the late Carl B. and Agnes (Anderson) Stenman. Esther loved knitting, crocheting, baking, and gardening. On June 20, 1936, she married Max S. Gregory, who preceded her in death in 1993 Esther is survived by her daughter: Dorothy I. Conser of S. Renovo, son: Carl R. Gregory of Renovo, 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother: Robert Stenman of Punxatawney, sisters: Jane Isaacson of Butler, Elizabeth Foose of Plumville, and Louise Good of Dubois and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded by a son: Robert and 3 brothers. There will be no public calling hours or services. Private family graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in North Bend Cemetery. Memorials are requested to the Bucktail Medical Center, 1000 Pine Street, S. Renovo, Pa. 17764.
