Emma Jane (Beard) Shoff

RED LION - Emma J. [Beard] Shoff, 69, died Thursday, November 22, 2007 at her residence. She was the wife of Leon G. Shoff to whom she was married for 46 years on June 2, 2007. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, November 26, 2007 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with Rev. Wayne Shamer officiating. Viewings will be held from 6-8:00 PM Sunday and 9-10:00 AM Monday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born January 11, 1938 in Porter's Sideling, she was a daughter of the late Elmer J. and Elizabeth B. [Craft] Beard. Mrs. Shoff retired from Dallco Industries in 2002 after many years of service. She had been a member of Pleasant View Church of the Brethren and enjoyed cooking and baking. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Shoff is survived by two sons, Leo G. and wife Diane Shoff of Red Lion and Andy E. Shoff of Red Lion; two daughters, Grace E. and husband Robert Hallman of Brogue and Holly A. Wertz and companion Chris Curren of Red Lion; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two sisters, Elizabeth Miles of York and Sadie Barbour of Brogue.
