Wellsburg, NY - Elizabeth M. Williams, Age 89, of 1523 Pennsylvania Avenue, Pine City, N Y passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at home with her loving family at her side. Elizabeth was born February 20, 1920 in Oil City, PA daughter of the late Wesly E. & Lily O. (Bush) Bailey. She was married to the late Ralph Williams who passed away April 17, 1992. Elizabeth was retired from both Remington Rand and St. Joseph's Hospital. She was a member of the Elmwood Baptist Church. Her interests included reading, playing dominoes, Yahtzee, euchre and enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include her two daughters, Lois (Merle) Crastley of Odessa, NY, Karen (Richard), Benjamin of Pine City, NY, six grandchildren, Dianna Lazouras, Cynthia (Daniel) Harrington, Frederick (Sandra) Stoquert III, Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Stoquert, Elizabeth (Thomas) Gossett, Kelly Stoquert, eight great-grandchildren, Nicholas Lazouras, Justin Lazouras, Caleb Harrington, Kyle Stoquert, Kamrin Stoquert, Nathan Stephenson, Tristan Harrington, Gabriel Harrington, three step-grandchildren, Kristopher Gossett, Dillon Gossett, Jason (Stacey) Clary as well as many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was predeceased by her daughter Sandra E. Williams in 1945, husband Ralph E. Williams, brother, Clair Bailey, sisters, Rebecca Taladay, Olive Bennett and Sapphire Schantz. Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 7 PM Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the Roberts Funeral Home, Inc. 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY. Her service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 7 PM with Rev. Lynn Ensign of the Mt. Pisgah Wesleyan Church officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira, NY. Memorials are directed to Southern Tier Hospice, 11751 E. Corning Rd, Corning, NY 14830
