Elizabeth F. (Field) Rossman

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP- Elizabeth F. (Field) Rossman, formerly of Harrisburg, died Tuesday, January 23, 2007. She was born in Ashley, the daughter of the late LeRoy and Jane (Pierce) Field. Mrs. Rossman had been a member of the West Shore Women's Club in Camp Hill. She enjoyed playing bridge and doing counted cross-stitch. She also loved to read. She is survived by a daughter, Lee R. Pyle and her husband, James of Cranberry Township; son Gary R. Rossman of Harrisburg; sisters Virginia Veley of Jersey Shore and Lois Field of Ashley; brother Paul Field of St. Paul, MN; grandchildren Susan Dion, Jim and Brian Pyle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Rossman; sisters Jean Beeman and Carol Rilk and a brother William Field. Friends will be received 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 27 at the Maple Hill Cemetery Chapel, 68 East St. Mary's Road, Hanover Township. Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to Cleve J. Fredricksen Library, 100 North 19th Street, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Arrangements are entrusted to Kniffen O'Malley Funeral Home, Inc., Wilkes-Barre.
