Eleanor I. Woodard, Age 89 of Gillett, PA passed away Monday, June 23, 2008 at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA. Eleanor's family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Thursday, June 26, 2008 at the Gillett Baptist Church Rte. 14 Gillett PA. Her service will be held at 2 PM with Reverend Allen Goss officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Checkerville Cemetery. Born March 3, 1919 the daughter of the late Phillip and Gladys Smith Inman she was married to the late Willard Woodard. She attended the Gillett Baptist Church, her hobbies included quilting, bowling and was an avid card and bingo player. Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Vera E. and Robert Dixon of Tulsa, OK, sons and daughters-in-law, Charles W. and Connie Woodard of Monroeton, PA, Randy C. Woodard of Wyalusing, PA, Brian L. and Brenda Woodard of Horseheads, NY, sisters and brothers-in-law, Marceil and Roland Abbey of Endicott, NY, Marjorie and Victor Woodard of Midland, TX, a brother Warren Inman of Gillett, PA, five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, seven step-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
