BELLEFONTE - Eleanor C. (Miller) McClintick, 90, died Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte where she resided since October 31, 2017. She was born in Walker Twp., Centre County on May 16, 1927 a daughter of the late Max and Julia (Markle) Miller. She was preceded in death by her first husband V. Dale Miller her second husband Joseph Maguire and her third husband William L. McClintick. Eleanor worked at the silk mill in Lock Haven for 20 years and also Riverside in Bellefonte. She was a member of Howard Christian Church for over 30 years. Surviving are a step-daughter-in-law Judy McClintick of Mill Hall and two sisters Miriam and Evelyn. She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews as well as several step-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at the Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with her pastor the Rev. Donald Crane and the Rev. Joe Mood officiating. A public viewing will be held from 1:30 – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial will be private on Monday at Hublersburg Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Howard Christian Church, 367 Walnut St., Howard, PA 16841.
