Edward R. Wabby, Jr.

POTTSVILLE - Edward R. Wabby, Jr., 57, of Pottsville, passed away Thursday morning at the Hershey medical Center. Born in Pottsville on May 7, 1951, he was the son of the late Edward R., Sr. and Helen Frantz Wabby. He was a 1970 graduate of Nativity B.V.M. High School. He was a self-employed landscaper. He was a member of St. Patrick's Church; he was a member of the former Mary Queen of Peace Church, Pottsville; he loved his home, hunting and shopping. Edward is survived by his wife of 12 ½ years, Donna L. Goodwin Wabby, of Pottsville; his four daughters, Nicki Stock, wife of Ed, of Pottsville, Shannon M. Wabby, significant other of Douglas Del Conte, of Port Carbon, Nicole Lewis, wife of B.J., of St. Clair and Jody Doyne, wife of Bob, of Temple; his two sons, John Hnatishion, husband of Ann, of Harrisburg and Jason Hnatishion, of Philadelphia; his seven grandchildren, Alexandra Reed, Ayden Lewis, Adam Stock, Ava Lewis, Lucas Doyne, Julie Stock and Robert Lewis. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 11:00 A.M. in St. Patrick's Church, Pottsville. Friends may call on Monday morning from 8:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. at the Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, Inc., 6th & West Market Sts., Pottsville. Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Hillside, Pottsville.
