YORK HAVEN- Edward A. Eichelberger, 64, died on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at his residence. Services for Mr. Eichelberger are private at the convenience of the family. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born on September 24, 1948, he was a son of Gladys I. (Anderson) Eichelberger and the late Wilbur W. Eichelberger, Sr. Edward worked as a Fork Lift Operator for Army Depot. Mr. Eichelberger was a member of the Red Lion-Felton Band. He had a passion for old cars and enjoyed spending time with his dog, Liberty. Mr. Eichelberger served our country for three years in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Ed is survived by a brother, Terry Eichelberger of Wrightsville; a sister, Sandy Eichelberger of Airville; three nephews, Kenneth and Kevin Eichelberger and Russell Mellinger; a niece, Nichole McCauley; and a great niece, Karrissa McCauley. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wilbur W. Eichelberger, Jr.
