Edna M. (Rebok) Long

MECHANICSBURG- Edna M. (Rebok) Long, 82, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Messiah Lifeways at Messiah Village. She was the wife of the late John E. Long, Jr. who passed away on January 3, 2003. Services for Mrs. Long were private at the convenience of the family with the Reverend James E. Winter officiating. Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, 305 W. Front St. Lewisberry is in charge of arrangements. Born on May 21, 1936 in Newburg, she was a daughter of the late William and Clara (Yohe) Rebok. Edna was a homemaker. Mrs. Long was a member of Bible Baptist Church. Mrs. Long is survived by her son, David E. Long and wife, Wanita of York Haven; daughter, Linda L. Frost and husband, Russ of Lewisberry; three granddaughters, twin sisters Cynthia Frost of Hershey and Karen Frost Erwood and husband, Rick of Etters and Laila Long of Lemoyne; two great grandsons, Ian Carleton Erwood and Elijah Robert Erwood; one brother; and four sisters.
