Edna L. Pikulin

Edna L. (Phipps) Pikulin, 77, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 at York Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will be 11AM, Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with the Rev. Aaron Kunce of Living Word Community Church officiating. A viewing will be held from 10-11AM Wedn., at the funeral home. Burial will be 11AM, Thursday November 30, 2017 at Bel-Air Memorial Gardens, 809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD. Born December 4, 1939 in Grant, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Delmar E. and Fannie L. (Ball) Phipps. She was employed as a secretary at Aberdeen Proving Grounds for several years and later worked as an office manager at her husband’s chiropractic business. She attended Living Word Community Church, was a member of the Russian Brotherhood and her neighborhood home owner's assoc. Edna is survived by five sisters, Virginia M. Sexton and husband, Pete, Louise L. Jones and husband, Donald, Carolyn W. Lehr and husband, Bill, Patsy L. Phipps and Joanne Richardson and husband, Ron; her niece, Trudy F. Houghtelin and husband, Keith and numerous other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth L. Phipps
