E. Lloyd Confair

Myrtle Beach, SC- E. Lloyd Confair passed away in his home with family by his side, in Myrtle Beach, SC on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the age of 86. He was born April 23, 1954 in Jersey Shore, Pa to William Y. Confair and Ortha E. Confair. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 67 years, Eleanor; sister, Dorothy Frey (Howard) of Pennsylvania, son, Wade Confair (Donna), daughters, Wanda Griffith (Eddie) of South Carolina, Wilma Payne (Michael) of Florida, LuAnn Coleman (Ron) of Pennsylvania. He had 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, 4 great, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He retired from being a patient transport from York Hospital after retiring from being a long-haul truck driver years prior. Upon retiring to Myrtle Beach, he worked for Food Lion and volunteering for Amedisys Hospice Care; he also volunteered at Victory Junction Camp for disabled kids. Services will be at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc located at 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, Pa. The services will be Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 1:30p.m. with a viewing from 12:30 –1:30pm. The service will be webcast at Heffnercare.com by searching Llyod’s obituary.
