Dyrle E. Leppo

MT. WOLF- Dyrle E. Leppo, 63, died on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at York Hospital. He was the husband of Kristina B. (Reachard) Leppo, to whom he was married for 40 years. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2015 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York with Father Daniel Mitzel officiating. Viewings will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, both at the funeral home. Burial will be in Paddletown Cemetery with full military honors provided by the York County Veterans Honor Guard. Born on November 14, 1951 in York, he was a son of the late Roger and Anna Mae (Shaeffer) Leppo. Dyrle was the owner and operator of R.E. Leppo Distributor since 1978. Mr. Leppo served our country for six years in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was an avid Coca Cola collector and enjoyed antique cars and local auto racing. Dyrle was a member of the York County Garageman’s Association, Inc. Along with his wife, Kristina, Dyrle is survived by one daughter, Tina Innerst and her husband, Nick of Dallastown; three grandchildren, Sequoia, Lakota and Ashlyn; and two sisters, Deanna Dolan of Red Lion and Debra Widdowson of Red Lion. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Andria Leppo; and a brother, Roger Leppo.
