He was a graduate of Red Lion High School. He was the beloved son of Robin Miller of Windsor and grandson of Truda Urey. He leaves his father Anthony Stran and his wife Sandy of St. Petersburg, FL; a sister, Danielle Miller of Windsor; three brothers, Anthony, Michael, and Ryan; grandparents, John and Truda Urey of Red Lion, John and Gena Stran of Florida, Robert Griffith of North Carolina; three uncles John E. He also had a passion for shoes and would clean them and line them up in his room. He was a hunter who had recently gotten into fishing, and loved the first day of deer hunting with his Pap and uncles. He loved going to the car races with his uncles every weekend, and enjoyed helping work on the cars. Doug and his best friend Ryan spent many hours in the woods together with their bows, hunting deer. He also loved to go to the mountains to a hunting camp with his Pap and uncles. Doug\'s favorite place to worship was Living Word Community Church. He also belonged to the American Legion in Dry Run, PA. Doug was a very loving young man and would try to help others while putting his own needs aside. Just a few weeks ago, he paid for an older lady's food because she didn't have enough money.
