Dorrine L. (Arnold) Smith

Red Lion — Dorrine L. (Arnold) Smith, 85, entered into eternal rest Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Hospice & Community Care in Lancaster. She was the wife of the late David E. Smith. A Celebration of Life Service will be 1:30 PM, Friday, January 4, 2013 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with her pastor, the Rev. Roger H. Mentzer, officiating. A viewing will be held from 12:30-1:30 PM, Friday, at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Mt. Rose Cemetery. Born August 18, 1927 in Windsor, she was the daughter of the late Victor R. and Veletta R. (Smeltzer) Arnold. Mrs. Smith was a loving homemaker for her family. Spending winters at their home in Florida with her husband were very special. An active member at Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Dallastown, she was involved in many church activities. She also enjoyed playing cards, dancing, listening to music and attended the Red Lion Senior Center. Mrs. Smith is survived by three daughters, Brenda L. Bahn of York, Annette L. Bahn of West Chester and Nancy A. Bahn of East Berlin; one step son, Bradley D. Smith of Red Lion; one grandson, Michael Zigler, Jr and one nephew. She was preceded in death by one sister.
